Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not reimburse products benefiting from a coupon promotion.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase (previously sent by email). Please contact us by email at email@example.com in order to obtain an address for the correct return of your product (s).
We do not refund products in the following cases:
- Not in its original condition.
- Presenting missing parts which are not due to an error on our part.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Packages delivered to incorrect addresses
- Packages unclaimed by addressees
- Unsuccessful delivery due to absence of addressees
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the item has been returned, after receipt and inspection, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request for reimbursement is accepted, we offer you several choices.
1- Refund applied to your credit card or to your original method of payment.
2- In the form of a coupon of the same amount as your refunded product (s) to be used on our store.
3- Refund on your Paypal account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your PayPal or bank account first. Then contact your credit card issuer or PayPal, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If after completing all these steps, you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Discount items (if applicable)
Only items at current price can be refunded. Unfortunately, discount items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only make an item again if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you want to exchange it for the same article, send us an e-mail to email@example.com to obtain a return address.
To return a product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 65 euros, we recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item.
